Kettenzug montieren
Kettentrieb 2-strängig
Eine Umrüstung von 1- auf 2-
strängigen Betrieb darf nur nach
Rücksprache und mit Original-
teilen des Herstellers erfolgen.
• Kettenbefestigung am Ketten-
festpunkt prüfen. Die Schrau-
ben müssen festgezogen sein.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme in die
höchste Hakenstellung fahren,
um ein evtl. Verdrehen der Kette
zu erkennen.
• Einscherung der Hakenflasche
prüfen. Die Lastkette darf
zwischen Kettenfestpunkt und
dem Ketteneinlauf am Ketten-
zug nicht verdreht sein.
Stationärer Kettenzug
• Montage der Aufhängeöse bzw.
des Aufhängehakens prüfen.
Die Befestigungsschrauben
müssen festgezogen sein (20
Nm). Die verschiedenen
Anbaumöglichkeiten sowie das
benötigte Befestigungsmaterial
zeigt Bild 6.

Installing the chain hoist
Two-fall chain reeving
Modification from single to two-
fall operation may only be carried
out after consultation with the
manufacturer and using original
parts.
• Check chain attachment at
chain anchorage. The bolts
must be screwed tight.
Before commissioning, run hoist
to highest hook position to detect
any twisting in the chain.
• Check the reeving of the bottom
hook block. The load chain must
not be twisted between the
chain anchorage and the entry
point on the chain hoist.
Stationary chain hoist
• Check fitting of suspension eye
or suspension hook. The fixing
bolts must be screwed tight (20
Nm). Fig. 6 shows the various
possibilities of installation and
the fixing material required.

Monter le palan à chaîne
Chaîne à 2 brins
Impérativement consulter le
fabricant et n'utiliser que des
pièces d'origine si la chaîne à 1
brin doit être transformée en
chaîne à 2 brins.
• Contrôler la fixation de la
chaîne au point fixe. Les vis
doivent être serrées à fond.
Avant la mise en service accoster
la position extrême supérieure du
crochet pour vérifier si la chaîne
ne présente pas de vrillage.
• Contrôler le nombre de brins de
la moufle. La chaîne ne doit pas
être tordue entre le point fixe de
celle-ci et l'entrée au niveau du
palan.
Palan à chaîne stationnaire
• Contrôler le montage de l'oeillet
ou du crochet de suspension.
Les vis de fixation doivent être
serrées à fond (20 Nm). La fig. 6
illustre les diverses possibilités
de montage et montre le
matériel de fixation requis.
