select a cook mode. Select a cook mode.
2. Set a temperature. (See Pg. 46)
• Broil mode can be set only High or
Low.
• Keep Warm and Bread Proof temp's
cannot be adjusted.
3. This step shows how to use InstantHeat™,
Steam Bake, or Steam Roast. If not using
these features, skip to Step 4.

a. If you select Convection Bake or
Convection Roast, the display shows
InstantHeat™ info. (Default: OFF). Tap
InstantHeat™ to activate the feature;
the display shows ON.
