EVBS solenoid valve not activated or blocked.
Faulty pump.
VM1 pressure relief valve adjusted too low.
Battery discharged.
Battery low, alternator too weak.
Main circuit fuse on the battery pole is oxidized.
Main power supply cable contact terminal oxidized .
Ground cable contact terminal oxidized .
Main circuit fuse on the battery pole is out of order.
Electric motor brushes worn out.
Light on the control panel off.
Main switch not activated or faulty.
Main circuit fuse burned out.
Faulty power relay .
Engine brushes are worn out.
The engine's thermal switch is on.

Check if, by activating the UP command, the solenoid valve
receives electricity and/or check the coil using the magnet
checking device .
Replace the coil or the valve if necessary.
Replace the pump.
Check the system's pressure and adjust the valve.
Charge the battery.
Check the single cells.
Check the power supply cable.
As an emergency solution, place the vehicle's engine in
motion. Install a more powerful alternator.
Replace the fuse.
Thoroughly clean the contact terminals.
Replace if necessary.
Thoroughly clean the contact terminals. Replace if neces-
sary.
Replace the fuse.
Repair the engine. Stop use of the platform, to avoid
damaging the electric motor.
Control power supply fuse has burned out .
Turn on the main switch, replace if necessary.
Replace the fuse.
Replace the fuse (10A 24V) – (15A 12V).
Replacement.

The engine is once again ready for use after it has cooled
down for about 5 minutes. Remove the cover of the
hydraulic unit to increase cooling.
