Le Hayon Elévateur REP a été conçu et construit conformément aux normes technologiques
actuelles et aux exigences de sécurité généralement reconnues.
Cependant, le danger de dommages aux personnes et aux choses demeure en cas de
non respect des instructions générales de sécurité et des avertissements indiqués dans le
présent manuel.
Il est donc conseillé de lire attentivement le manuel dans son intégralité avant d'utiliser le
hayon élévateur.
Conserver ce manuel d'instructions dans un lieu facilement accessible, à tout moment, pour
tous les opérateurs.
En cas de vente ou de location du hayon élévateur, toujours remettre aussi le présent manuel
d'instructions.
Le personnel employé dans les fonctions décrites est le suivant.
OPÉRATEUR : celui-ci est chargé de conduire le véhicule et de surveiller le hayon pendant
le fonctionnement.
Instruction:
• Lecture et compréhension du présent manuel.
• Démonstration pratique du fonctionnement.
• Instruction verbale de la part du personnel spécialisé qui connait le hayon.
TECHNICIEN D'ENTRETIEN : il s'agit de la personne préposé aux opérations de contrôle et
d'entretien du hayon élévateur. A cette figure, il est demandé de posséder une compétence
technique spécifique.
Instruction:
• Lecture et compréhension du présent manuel.
• Préparation technique de base avec expérience acquise dans le secteur de la mécanique
et des installations.
• La connaissance parfaite des normes de sécurité et des normes de prévention des accidents.
• Instruction spécifique pour toutes les opérations qu'il est tenu d'effectuer sur les machines
équipées du hayon. Cette instruction doit être effectuée par du personne qualifié du centre
d'assistance.
ATTENTION
Le hayon élévateur doit être utilisé exclusivement par des personnes ayant lu et
compris le présent manuel d'instructions et ayant été formées sur le fonction-
nement et l'utilisation du hayon élévateur.
