This machine must only be operated and serviced by
skilled personnel who have been authorised or trained

to do so. Always observe the safety precautions and
internal safety rules.

Before switching the machine on, satisfy yourself that

• any installation, set-up and servicing work have been

completed in full,

• no persons are present in the danger zone, let alone

working on it,

• all safety guards must be fitted in the prescribed way, and

• the compressed-air supply is ready for operation.

Before commencing production:

• Make sure the machine is safe and in proper working order
before and after you switch it on.

• Make sure the compressed air supply is ready for operation.
• Make sure the machine has been set up for the relevant
product.
Note!
Immediately inform your line manager of machine
malfunctions or faults.
Readiness for use
The machine is ready for operation if
• all of the above-stated activation processes have been
carried out.
• a trial run has been carried out,
• the compressed-air supply is activated, and
• the machine is set up for the relevant product.
Production can now commence.
