PORTINHOLAS BAGAGEIROS

PROCEDIMENTOS PARA SUBSTITUIÇÃO
1- Com auxílio de uma chave de boca ou similar, afrouxe
e remova os parafusos que fixam as portinholas à
estrutura e aos seus elementos de articulação, como
dobradiças e pistões mola a gás, por exemplo.
2- Monte o novo painel, fixando novamente os elemen-
tos de articulação.
3- Realize o aperto parcial dos parafusos para permitir
seu alinhamento com as demais saias do veículo,
respeitando as folgas existentes.
4- Aperte firmemente os parafusos para que não haja
posterior afrouxamento.
OBSERVAÇÃO: Para ter acesso aos varões
do trinco de travamento é necessário remover
a cobertura de proteção.

PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA SUSTITUICIÓN
1- Con el auxilio de una llave de tuerca o similar, afloje y
retire los tornillos que fijan las portezuelas a la estructura
y a sus elementos de articulación, como bisagras y
pistones resorte a gas, por ejemplo.
2- Monte el nuevo panel, fijando nuevamente los
elementos de articulación.
3- Realice el apriete parcial de los tornillos para permitir su
alineamiento con las otras faldas del vehículo, respetando
las aberturas existentes.
4- Apriete firmemente los tornillos para que no haya
posterior aflojamiento.
OBSERVACIÓN: Para tener acceso a
las varas del picaporte de trabamiento es
necesario remover la cobertura de protección.

alineamiento, regule los batientes.

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
1- With the help of a wrench or similar, loose and remove
the screws that fix the compartment doors to the structure
and its articulation parts, such as hinges and gas-spring
pistons, as example.
2- Assembly the new panel, fixing again the articulation
parts.
3- Tighten the screws partially in order to allow its
alignment with the others surfaces, respecting the existent
free space.
4- Tighten strongly the screws in order to avoid screws
loosing after some time.
