TROUBLESHOOTING
OPERATION
• Connect the machine's
clamps to the battery
CAUSE
• Fuse blown
• Broken electrical contacts on:
- central connections
- power cables
• The clamps have insufficient
contact with the poles of the
battery.
• The vehicle's battery is not
powerful enough.
• Pump current overload
• Pump pressure >14bar
• Faulty pressure sensor
• Internal microprocessor
communication problems
• Irregular internal card voltage
value
• Check the filter on the
RETURN circuit
• No fluid in the air intake tank
• Leak in the air intake pipe
• No fluid in the ISC tank
• Faulty level sensor

SOLUTION
• Replace it.
• Reset the contacts
• Control.
• Clean the poles.
• Recharge the battery
• Replace the battery
• Probable block of pump
gears. Replace the pump
• Faulty pressure sensor
• Hydraulic system clogged
