7.3.
CINGHIA REFILATORE -
SOSTITUZIONE
Verifi care lo stato della cinghia
dopo le prime 10 ore di funziona-
mento della macchina.
Mensilmente dovranno essere ef-
fettuati dei controlli sulla cinghia.
Per la sostituzione della cinghia
procedere nel modo indicato.
- Aprire il carter superiore.
- Smontare il carter posteriore.
- Allentare il tendicinghia A.
- Sostituire la cinghia B.
- Far eseguire due giri alla cinghia
in modo da consentirne il corret-
to alloggiamento.
7.4.
SOSTITUZIONE CIN-
GHIA TRASCINATORE
- Smontare il carter frontale A.
- Smontare le prolunghe piani di
lavoro B.
- Smontare la guida tappeto C e
non smontare la guida E.
- Sganciare la molla D del tendi-
catena.
- Smontare il carter F e svitare il
dado G.
- Allentare le 5 viti H e alzare la
piastra supporto motore per
disimpegnare la catena di tra-
smissione.
- Allentare le viti O e L.
- Allentare il dado M per detensio-
nare il nastro e sfi lare la vite.
- Togliere tutte le viti O e P.
- Smontare i blocchetti Q dopo
averli numerati.
- Smontare la vite di regolazione
rulli pressori U.
- Sfi lare il gruppo tappeto com-
prensivo di pulegge.

7.3.
TRIMMER BELT - REPLA-
CEMENT
Check the state of the belt after
the fi rst 10 functioning hours of the
machine.
Checks must be made on the belt
every month.
Proceed as indicated to replace
the belt.
- Open the upper sump.
- Remove the rear sump.
- Loosen the belt-tensioner A.
- Replace the belt B.
- Make the belt carry out two com-
plete turns in a way to allow the
correct housing.

REPLACING THE FEE-
DER BELT
- Remove the front sump A.
- Remove the work surface exten-
sions B.
- Remove the belt guide C and do
not remove the guide E.
- Release the chain-tensioner
spring D.
- Remove the sump F and loosen
the nut G.

- Loosen the 5 screws H and raise
the motor support plate in order
to disengage the transmission
chain.
- Loosen the screws O and L.
- Loosen the nut M to untension
the belt and slide the screw out.
- Loosen the screws O and P.
- Remove the blocks Q after ha-
ving numbered them.
- Remove the presser rolls regu-
lation screw U.
- Slide the belt unit out including
pulley.
