5.11.4 Sostituzione inserti ra-
schiabordo
La sostituzione dei raschiabordo
deve essere eseguita da un
tecnico specializzato.
Attenzione al corretto montaggio
dell'inserto che deve essere
orientato nel modo corretto e
perfettamente inserito nella sua
sede.
Maneggiare gli inserti usando i
guanti di protezione.
- Alzare completamente il pres-
sore a 50mm.
- Allentare le viti A, sostituire
l'inserto B.
- Dopo aver posizionato corret-
tamente l'inserto, serrare la vite
A.
5.11.5 Sostituzione spazzole
- Smontare il carter frontale A.
- Svitare la vite B di bloccaggio
spazzola mediante l'uso della
chiave e del perno accessorio
forniti in dotazione con la mac-
china.
- Sostituire la spazzola e serrarla
mediante la relativa vite.

The edge scraper must be
replaced by a specialised
technician.
Pay attention to the correct
assembly of the insert, which must
be directed correctly and perfectly
inserted in its seat.
Handle inserts using protective
gloves.
- Lift the presser completely to 50
mm.
- Loosen the screws A, replace the
insert B.
- After having positioned the insert
correctly, tighten the screw A.
5.11.5 Replacing the brushes
- Remove the front sump A.
- Loosen the brush lock nut B using
the spanner and pin accessory
supplied with the machine.
- Replace the brush and tighten it
using the relative screw.
