AFFILATURA DEGLI
UTENSILI
Periodicamente controllare l'affi la-
tura degli utensili (lama cesoia e
placche refi latori), e se necessario
sostituirli (vedi capitolo 5).
Il coltello della cesoia deve essere
affi lato solo sul lato obliquo.
I coltelli del refi latore e del ra-
schiabordo non possono essere
riaffi lati.
7.10. VERIFICA DISPOSITIVI
DI SICUREZZA
La sicurezza della macchina è
conseguenza diretta dello stato di
effi cienza dei dispositivi di sicurez-
za utilizzati.
Controllare ogni 2 settimane i
dispositivi seguenti :
- verifi care che il micro di sicurez-
za descritto nel cap. 2 funzioni
correttamente.
- verifi care che premendo il pul-
sante di emergenza (vedi cap.
2) i motori si arrestino.
7.11. DISMISSIONE
MACCHINA
Tale operazione deve essere
eseguita da operatori esperti, nel
rispetto delle leggi vigenti in ma-
teria di sicurezza sul lavoro. Non
disperdere nell'ambiente prodotti
non biodegradabili, oli lubrifi canti
e componenti non ferrosi (gom-
ma, PVC, resine, ecc.). Effettuare
il loro smaltimento nel rispetto
delle leggi vigenti in materia.

7.9.
SHARPENING OF TOOLS
Periodically control the sharpness
of the tools (shears blade and
trimmer plates) and replace them
if necessary (see chapter 5).
The shears knife must be sharp
only on the oblique side.
The trimmer and edge scraper
blades cannot be sharpened.
7.10. CHECKING THE SAFETY
DEVICES
The safety of the machine is a direct
consequence of the state of effi -
ciency of the safety devices used.
Every 2 weeks check the following
devices:
- Check that the safety microswitch
described in Chapter 2 functions
properly.
- verify that when the emergency
button is pressed (see chapter 2)
the motors stop.
7.11. DISCARDING THE MA-
CHINE
This operation must be performed
by expert operators, in compli-
ance with current laws on work
safety. Do not disperse non-bio-
degradable products, lubricating
oils and non-ferrous components
(rubber, PVC, resins, etc.) in the
environment.
Dispose of these products as
foreseen by current laws on this
matter.
