COLLEGAMENTO
PNEUMATICO
- Collegare il tubo di alimenta-
zione A tramite l'innesto rapido
B.
La pressione di rete impianto
pneumatico richiesta deve
essere 7÷8 bar; utilizzare aria
fi ltrata,deumidifi cata non lubri-
fi cata.
La lubrifi cazione danneggia
l'impianto pneumatico.
Il tubo di alimentazione A
deve avere un diametro
interno di 8 mm per garantire la
pressione d'esercizio a 6,5 bar.
La macchina è dotata di un
dispositivo che impedisce l'av-
viamento, se la pressione di
alimentazione è
inferiore a ~ 4 bar.
4.7.
COLLEGAMENTO ASPI-
RAZIONE
Lavorare sempre con l'aspira-
zione attivata.
Una corretta aspirazione elimina
i rischi di inalazione polveri e fa-
vorisce un migliore funzionamento
della macchina.
La polvere danneggia la colla e i
dispositivi pneumatici.
Assicurarsi che l'impianto d'aspi-
razione garantisca una portata
d'aria di almeno 900 metri cubi/
ora con una velocità di fl usso di
20 m/s.
– Collegare un tubo fl essibile,
diametro 120 mm, alla presa
d'aspirazione A.
– Collegare un tubo fl essibile,
diametro 60 mm, alla presa
d'aspirazione fumi colla B.
– Serrare con fascette.
– Posizionare un recipiente di rac-
colta trucioli in corrispondenza
degli scarichi C e D.
Il tubo deve essere posizionato
in maniera tale da non ostacolare
l'operatore durante la lavorazio-
ne.

CONNECTION
- Connect feeding tube A though
rapid plug B.
The required network pressure
for the pneumatic system must
be 7÷8 bar; use fi ltered, dehu-
midifi ed, non-lubricated air.
Lubrication will damage the

pneumatic system.
The feed pipe A must have an in-
ternal diameter of 8 mm to ensu-
re a working pressure of 6.5 bar.
The machine has a device
which prevents it from starting
if the pressure supplied is
less than ~ 4 bar.
4.7.
SUCTION CONNECTION
Always work with the suction
system on.
Proper suction eliminates the risks
of dust inhalation and aids better
functioning of the machine.

Dust damages the glue and pneu-
matic devices.
Make sure the suction system air
fl ow rate is at least 900 cu.m/hour
at a speed of 20 m/s.
– Connect a hose with diameter

120 mm to suction inlet A.
– Connect a fl exible pipe, diameter
60 mm, to the glue fumes suction
outlet B
– Tighten with clamps.
– Position a shavings collection
container in correspondence with
the discharges C and D.
The tube must be positioned in
such a way so as not to obstruct the
operator during machining.
