Inconveniente
IL BORDO IN LEGNO NON SI
INCOLLA AL PANNELLO
Causa
1 - Il gruppo pressatori è mal re-
golato.
2 - La guida di entrata è mal rego-
lata.
Rimedi
1- Per lavorazioni con bordi di
spessore superiori a 2 mm re-
golare il gruppo pressori, vedi
cap 5.
2- Regolare la guida in entrata in
base allo spessore del legno
da incollare (cap 5).
Inconveniente
IL BORDO NON E' ADERENTE
E BEN INCOLLATO
Causa
1 - Pannello con i bordi non lineari
o non perpendicolari.
2 - Il bordo A non e' incollato
all'estremità d'ingresso e vi è
accumulo di colla (fi g.9 ).
3 - Presenza di polvere ed umidità
sui bordi dei pannelli.
4 - La temperatura del pannello è
troppo bassa.
5 - Pannelli di grandi dimensioni.
6 - Colla applicata sul pannello
insuffi ciente.
7 - Colla deteriorata.
8 - La colla nel serbatoio è fi nita.

Problem
THE WOODEN EDGE DOES NOT
STICK TO THE PANEL
Cause
1 - The presser unit is regulated
badly.
2 - The entry guide is regulated
badly.
Solutions
1- For processes with edges thi-
cker than 2 mm, regulate the
presses unit, see chap 5.
2- Regulate the entry guide on the
basis of the thickness of the

wood to be glued (chap 5)

THE EDGE IS NOT CLOSE-
FITTING / PROPERLY GLUED
Cause
1 - Panel has edges that are not
linear or not perpendicular.
2 - Edge A is not glued at the infeed

end and there is a build up of
glue (fi g. 9).
3 - Dust or moisture on panel ed-
ges.
4 - Panel temperature is too low.
5 - Large panel.
6 - Not enough glue applied to
panel.
7 - Glue deteriorated.

8 - Glue fi nished in tank.
