7.5.
REGOLAZIONE TENSIO-
NE CINGHIA TRASCINA-
TORE
- Smontare la prolunga di lavoro
(A).
Se necessita, regolare la cinghia
come indicato di seguito:
- Aprire il cofano e il gruppo pres-
sore.
- Smontare la prolunga A.
- Allentare le viti B
- Allentare il dado C e agire sulla
vite D fi no ad ottenere la giusta
tensione.
- A regolazione eseguita, serrare
le viti e i dadi, e rimontare la
prolunga A.
7.6. PULIZIA GENERALE
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo
di pulizia accertarsi che tutte le
parti siano fredde.
Dopo ogni ciclo di lavoro, pulire
accuratamente la macchina e tutti
i suoi organi, aspirando trucioli e
polvere.
Usare l'aria compressa solo quan-
do è strettamente necessario, fa-
cendo uso di occhiali di protezione
e mascherina.
Mantenere puliti da eventuali resi-
dui di colla i seguenti organi:
A - Piano di scorrimento.
B - Cesoia.
C - Rulli pressione bordo.
D - Intestatore.
E - Frese e tastatori refi latori.
F - Utensili e tastatori raschiabor-
do.
G - Per ottenere un ottimale grip
del tappeto G effettuare, sul
tappeto, una pulizia periodica
con detergente non agressivo.
Non utilizzare diluenti/solventi/
acidi che possono danneggiare
il tappeto.

7.5.
ADJUSTING TENSION
OF FEEDING BELT
- Remove the work extension (A).
If necessary, regulate the belt as
indicated below:
- Open the bonnet and the presser
unit.
- Remove the extension A.
- Loosen the screws B.
- Loosen the nut C and act on the
screw D until the correct tension
is obtained.
- When the regulation has been
made, tighten the screws and
nuts and re-mount the extension
A.
7.6. GENERAL CLEANING
Before performing any type of
cleaning, censure that all parts are
cold.
After each work cycle, accurately
clean the machine and all its com-
ponents, vacuum any shavings
and dust.
Use compressed air only when
strictly necessary, using protective
glasses and a mask.
Keep glue residues off the following
parts:
B - Shears.
C - Edge pressure rolls.
D - End trimmer.
E - Cutters and trimmer feelers.
F - Tools and edge scraper fee-
lers.
G - In order to obtain excellent
belt grip G clean the belt fre-
quently using non-aggressive
detergent. Do not use thinners/
solvents/acids that can damage
the mat.
