Rimedi
1 - Verifi care con un tester che ci
sia tensione sulle tre fasi L (fi g.
1).
2 - Controllare l'integrità dei fusibili
ed eventualmente sostituirli (i
fusibili sono posizionati all'in-
terno dell'apparecchiatura
elettrica) B fi g.2.
3 - Disinserire il pulsante d'emergen-
za ruotandolo in senso orario,
premere il tasto di riarmo e
accertarsi che la spia sia ac-
cesa.
4 - Verifi care che il carter superiore
sia chiuso; l'apertura del carter
attiva un micro di sicurezza che
blocca il funzionamento della
macchina (vedi cap.2.4).
5 - I magnetotermici sono posizio-
nati all'interno del quadro elet-
trico e fungono da protezione
termica dei motori.
Risolvere la causa dell'arresto
macchina e premere il pulsan-
te nero del magnetotermico
disattivato. Per accedere ai
magnetotermici occorre svitare
le viti del quadro elettrico.
6 - La pressione di esercizio deve
essere ~6,5 bar; la macchina
è dotata di un dispositivo che
impedisce l'aviamento, se la
pressione di alimentazione è
inferiore a 4 bar.
Verifi care l'effi cenza del com-
pressore e la regolazione del
pressostato D;
7 - La macchina funziona solo
quando la temperatura della
colla ha raggiunto i 190°; at-
tendere ~ 15 minuti verifi cando
la temperatura sul display C;
se la colla non riesce a rag-
giungere la temperatura di
lavoro rivolgersi a un tecnico
specializzato per la verifi ca dei
componenti elettrici (resisten-
ze, PLC etc...).

What to do
1 - With a tester check that there
is power on the three phases L
(Fig. 1)
2 - Check that the fuses are undam-
aged and, if necessary, replace
them (the fuses are positioned
inside the electrical equipment)

3 - Disconnect the emergency
button by turning it clockwise,
press the rearm key and make
sure that the indicator is on.
4 - Check that the upper sump is
L3
closed. Opening the sump ac-
tivates the safety micro switch

that blocks machine functioning
(see chap. 2.4).
5 - The magnet circuit breakers are
positioned inside the electric
control board and act as heat
protections for the motors.
Remove the cause of the ma-
chine stop and press the black
button on the overload tripped.
For access to the overloads,
unscrew the screws on the
electrical panel.
6 - Working pressure must be ~6.5
bar; the machine has a device
which prevents it from starting
if the pressure supplied is less
than ~ 4 bar.
Check compressor efficien-

cy and pressure switch D
adjustment.
7 - The machine only functions
when the temperature of the
glue has reached 190°; wait ~
15 minutes, checking the tem-
perature on the display C. If the
glue does not reach the work
temperature, contact a specia-
lised technician for verifi cation
of the electric components (re-
sistances, PLC etc...).
