IMPORTANT
This operation must be carried out
after each main fuel filter cartridge
replacement.
To bleed the air from the fuel supply
circuit on the main fuel filter, proceed as
follows:
IMPORTANT
Turn off the engine and remove the
ignition key. Wait at least 6 minutes
before disconnecting the negative
battery cable.

1 - Carry out the operation with the engine
cold.
2 - Avoid contact with hot engine parts
and fuel. Wear appropriate gloves and
clothing.
3 - Prepare a container with appropriate
capacity under the main fuel filter fig. 2.
4 - Partially loosen the screw (E fig. 2) to
allow the fuel to be bled to drain.
5 - Activate the manual pump located in
the pre-fuel filter support (F fig. 3).
Push and release the pump until the fuel
come out to the E screw (fig.2) of the
main fuel filter.
6 - Tighten the screw (E fig. 2).
