3.1 System requirements

The following system requirements are required to install the program:

Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ dual core, 3.0 GHz or higher
Processor
Memory 2 GB
HDD 500 MB free disk space
Microsoft and Windows is registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation in United States and other countries.
Other company's names, product's names and so on are each company's registered marks.
◼ Recommended system requirements
Intel® Core™ i3 or AMD quad core, 3.0 GHz or higher
Processor
Memory 4 GB or more
The program uses .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0, but the installation wizard installs the program even if the files
are missing. With .NET installation, you can use local files in the components folder or files from Internet. The
program will be installed even if there is no internet connection. However, the user must install .Net 3.5 and 4.0
separately for the program to work.
The installation wizard installs VC 2010 distribution files.
Also, the installation wizard installs the following drivers:
• Driver for USB license dongle (Hardware lock)
If the driver installation fails, install the driver manually.
If the following errors occur, the driver installation may have failed.
• USB license dongle is not recognized on PC
• PANATERM for Safety cannot connect with AC Servo Driver MINAS A6 Multi series
For the driver storage location, refer to the folder path in the default settings below.
