La primera vez que se efectúa
el llenado de la serpentina con el
fluido es necesario efectuar el
desfogue (con los correspon-
dientes purgadores) del aire
eventualmente contenido en el
interior del equipo.
Para poder completar el desfo-
gue es necesario que el fluido
circule en el interior de la ser-
pentina durante algunas horas.
Si el fluido está a temperatura
será necesario montar en el tubo
de entrada o en el tubo de salida
una válvula de sobrepresión ca-
librada en 4 bar.
Poner la válvula de manera tal
de lograr una idónea orientación
de la eventual descarga de flui-
do no orientada hacia los opera-
dores.
Cuando el fluido de intercambio
térmico supera la temperatura de
+60°C es necesario aislar con
material idóneo el exterior de la
cámara de la mezcladora, los
registros y las tuberías de ali-
mentación y descarga para limi-
tar las pérdidas de calor y evitar
quemaduras causadas por el
contacto con la mezcladora.
Instalación del inversor
Cuando existe la necesidad de
variar el número de revol. del
motor es necesario instalar un
inversor utilizando la opción
(sof-start) que permite un arran-
que progresivo y sustituye com-
pletamente el acoplamiento hidro-
dinámico
Aconsejamos la instalación del
inversor en la transmisión, entre
el motor eléctrico y el reductor,
directa o con correa.
No se aconseja cuando la trans-
misión posee acoplamiento hi-
drodinámico.

Wenn die Heizspirale zum ersten
Mal mit der Flüssigkeit gefüllt wird,
muß man die Leitung (mit den
vorhandenen Überlaufvorrichtun-
gen) gründlich entlüften.
Um die Entlüftung zu vervollstän-
digen, muß die Flüssigkeit ein
paar Stunden lang in der Heizspi-
rale umlaufen.
Wenn die Flüssigkeit schon die
Temperatur erreicht hat, muß auf
der Einlauf- oder der Auslauflei-
tung ein Überdruckventil instal-
liert werden, das auf 4 bar einge-
stellt wird.
Das Ventil derart ausrichten, daß
die eventuell ausströmende Flüs-
sigkeit nicht auf den Bediener
gerichtet wird.
Wenn die Flüssigkeit des Wär-
meaustauschers über 60°C heiß
wird, muß man die Außenseite
der Mischkammer, die Inspekti-
onsklappen, die Zufuhr- und die
Auslaßleitungen mit Isoliermate-
rial versehen, um den Wärme-
verlust zu verringern und zu ver-
meiden, daß man sich beim Be-
rühren des Mischers verbrennt.
Einbau eines Frequenzum-
f o r m e r s
Wenn eine Drehzahlverstellung
des Motors erforderlich ist, muß
ein FU installiert werden, wozu
die Option "Soft-start" verwendet
wird, weil dies ein sanftes und
allmähliches Anlaufen ermöglicht
und in jeder Beziehung eine hy-
draulische Kupplung ersetzt.
Die Installation des FU bietet sich
bei direkt angebautem Flansch-
getriebemotor oder bei Riemen-
rieb zwischen Elektromotor und
Untersetzungsgetriebe an.
Nicht zum empfehlen ist ein FU,
wenn das Getriebe eine hydrody-
namische Kupplung hat.
When the coil is filled for the first
time with the fluid, vent (through
the air bleeders) any air in the
circuit.
Before bleeding the air from the
circuit, run the fluid through the
coil and the circuit for a couple of
hours.
If the fluid is to be heated, install
a pressure release valve on the
infeed line or the outfeed line.
This valve should be set for 4 bar.
Locate this valve so that if it
discharges, the liquid is drained
away and not directed towards
the operators.
When the heat exchange liquid
exceeds a temperature of
+60°C, the mixer chamber, hatch-
es, feed and discharge pipes
must be insulated with adequate
material to prevent heat loss and
protect those who touch the mix-
er from being burnt.
Installing the inverter
When motor RPM have to be
changed, it is best to install an
inverter using the soft-start op-
tion as this allows a gradual start
and replaces the hydraulic cou-
pling.
The inverter should be installed in
the drive unit between the elec-
tric motor and the direct or offset
drive unit.
The inverter is not recommended
when the transmission has a
hydraulic coupling.

Durante il primo riempimento del-
la serpentina con il fluido è ne-
cessario effettuare lo spurgo (con
gli appositi sfiatatori) delle bolle
d'aria eventualmente contenute
all'interno dell'impianto.
Per poter completare lo spurgo è
necessario che il fluido circoli al-
l'interno della serpentina per al-
cune ore.
Nel caso che il fluido sia in tem-
perature è necessario montare
sul tubo di entrata o sul tubo di
uscita una valvola di sovrapres-
sione tarata a 4 bar.
Posizionare la valvola in modo
tale che l'eventuale scarico del
fluido sia convogliato e non diret-
to verso gli operatori.
Quando il fluido di scambio su-
pera la temperatura di +60°C è
necessario coibentare con mate-
riale idoneo l'esterno della came-
ra del mescolatore, i portelli e le
condutture di alimentazione e
scarico per limitare le perdite di
calore ed evitare ustioni causate
dal contatto con il mescolatore.
Installazione dell'inverter
Quando c'è la necessità di va-
riare il numero di giri del motore è
necessario installare un inverter
utilizzando l'opzione (soft-start)
poichè consente un avviamento
progressivo e sostituisce a tutti gli
effetti il giunto idrodinamico.
L'installazione dell'inverter è con-
sigliata nella trasmissione, tra
motore elettrico e riduttore diret-
ta o con cinghie.
E' sconsigliata quando la trasmis-
sione è provvista di giunto idro-
dinamico.
