Directions:
1. Slice the bread diagonally into slices about 2.5 cm thick.
2. Whisk together the oil, garlic, salt and pepper and spread with it the bread slices.
3. Place the lower rack into the bowl (container) of the robot. Place 4-5 slices of bread directly on the rack. Select the P.2

4. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
Hint: for whole-wheat toasts with fine herbs, add two teaspoons of chopped herbs such as parsley, basil or rosemary to the
mixture, instead of garlic.
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add the flour passing it through a strainer to prevent lumps. In another container, dissolve the yeast with
a little bit of milk, add sugar and a bit of flour. Make a hole in the center of the bowl with flour and add the mixture
prepared prepared in the second container. Let this light for half an hour.
2. Add the remaining milk, nuts, butter, cinnamon and salt. Mix everything until you obtain a smooth paste. Let aside
half an hour so the yeast continues to make dough rise.
3. Grate the apples, add them to the mixture, shape your bread and place it on the Dieta Chef Baking Pan using baking
paper in the base.
4. Place the Low Rack and Baking Pan inside the robot, select P.4 program, (200º) and let the bread bake for about 40
minutes approx. or until the bread is golden brown.
