Monkfish in tomato sauce and basil

Directions:
1. Chop the onion and garlic finely. Cut tomatoes into 8 pieces and add salt and pepper to monkfish.
2. Inside the stainless container, put olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, onions and the monkfish. Add measured water and salt.
3. Close the lid and set P5 program (190º) and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the fish and add the remaining ingredients. Add salt and add a pinch of sugar.
5. Serve the monkfish with sauce and sprinkle with basil on top.

Seafood crepes

Serves 4
Cooking time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
• 325 ml skim milk
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 125 g flour
• 90 ml of bechamel
• 45 ml of tomato sauce
• 200 g of white fish
• 100 g prawns
• 100 g of onions
• 50 g of mussels
• 1 garlic cloves
• 1 egg
• 1 pinch of salt
• black pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the milk, oil and egg (ingredients of the dough).
2. Grease the stainless steel cointainer with greased paper, add the dough and bake for 20 minutes. Take out and reserve.
3. Cut the fish, shrimp and mussel meat into cubes of 1x1 cm. Chop the onion and garlic.
4. Add the filling ingredients (step 3) inside the container, close the lid and set P3 program (180º) and cook for 8 mi-
nutes.
5. Fill the crepes with step 4 filling ingredients. Put a baking paper in the container, put the seafood crepes inside, set
P3 program (180º) and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Serve with mayonnaise, bechamel or tomato sauce.
