Baked potatoes

Serves 4
Cooking time: 35-40 min.
Ingredients:
• 4 medium baking potatoes
• 4 Tablespoons of caloric oil or extra virgin olive
oil
• Garlic
• Salt
Directions:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce several times with a fork. In a bowl, mix the calorie-free oil and chopped garlic.
Add the potatoes and give a few laps. Sprinkle each potato with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap each potato in foil.
2. Place the low rack and the baking pan in the stainless steel container. Place the potatoes on the baking pan, select the
P.2 program, set the temperature to 230º and cook for 35-40 minutes or until you can easily prick each potato with
a fork. Remove the foil before serving.
Hint: If you wish, you could cook the potatoes along with the meat. Place the meat and the potatoes in the upper rack and use
FOOD/ROLL with the P.2 program. Remember that the potatoes need much more time to cook than the meat.

Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into strips 1 cm thick.
2. (Option 1): Place the low rack into the stainless steel container and the potatoes directly on the rack. Select P.2 pro-
gram, set the temperature to 230 ° and cook for 14-18 minutes.
(Option 2): Place the potatoes into the baking cage and use tongs to place the rack into the robot. This option allows
you to cook with rotation, which creates a uniform heat in all directions. Close the lid, set the program P.2 and FOOD
/ ROLL and cook for 14-18 minutes or until the potatoes are golden.
3. Place the potatoes on a platter and add salt to taste.
Hint: For a more crispy potatoes give a touch of calorie-free oil.
