Beef stew in red wine

Serves 4
Cooking time:1 h 30 min.
Ingredients:
• 500g of stewing meat
• 3 Carrots
• 1 Onion
• 1 Clove garlic
• 250g mushrooms
• 1 Small glass of red wine (100 ml.)
• 1 Teaspoon provencal herbs
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the meat into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cover with a thin layer of flour. Place the low rack
and the baking pan into the robot with 2 tablespoons oil and the meat cubes. Select P.2 program to 230 ° and cook
for 15 minutes.
2. Remove the meat and the fat where it was braised, add the onion and the minced garlic inside the pan. Select P.3
program (180 °) and cook for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Cut the carrots in slices and add them to the baking pan, with P.3 program (180 °) and cook another 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Add the provencal herbs and the red wine inside the
pan. Cook for 5 minutes with P.2 program.Open the lid of the robot and let the alcohol evaporate a few seconds and

5. Select P.3 program, set temperature to 160 ° and cook for 30 minutes. Open the lid and stir. Repeat about 30 minutes

Pork ribs in orange sauce

Directions:
1. Cut ribs into serving pieces and place them into a bowl or container of suitable size for refrigerator.
2. Prepare the marinade sauce using the smallest section of the grater; grate the rind of an orange and place in the

and place them directly on the grill and cook for 10 minutes. Save the remaining marinated sauce.
5. Select P.3 program, reduce the heat to 180 ° and cook another 10-15 minutes. Baste the ribs every 5 minutes with the
remaining marinade sauce.
