Cooking time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
• 350 ml water
• 350 ml of white wine
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 kg of mussels
• 500 g of tomato
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion
• 1 chillies
• Bay leaf 1/2
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt and parsley to taste
Directions:
1. Wash the mussels with water, scrape it away with a knife and remove beards. Chop onion, garlic, tomatoes and par-
sley.
2. Place in the stainleess containter the olive oil, spices and chopped vegetables. Add remaining ingredients, season with
salt, close the lid and finally, set P3 program at 125º for 10 minutes.
3. Before serving, sprinkle the parsley on top.

Salmon with orange, mint and black olives

Directions:
1. Peel and laminate the thin chives. Grate 1 lemon peel and 3 orange peels and then squeeze them; cut into wedges the
remaining 2 oranges. Wash the mint.
2. Add the chives, bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt into the stainless steel container of the robot.
Add the salmon, lemon and ornage juice, grated zest of citrus and the remaining olive oil.
3. Close the lid, set P5 program (190º ) and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, chop the olives and the mint and cut the orange slices into 3 pieces. Put all these ingredients, salt and
pepper and cover with olive oil and orange juice.
5. Serve hot. Garnish with mint leaves.
