Directions:
1. Peel the prawns and make a shallow cut along the spine to remove the intestinal tract.
2. Clean the leek, then cut lengthwise and wash. Select 8 sheets and put them into the container of the robot. Add water
to coat the leaves and boil for 5 minutes at P.3 program. Rinse with cold water and let it drain.
3. Chop the garlic, ginger and parsley and mix in a bowl with honey, lemon juice, sherry and three tablespoons of sesa-
me oil and salt and pepper. Add the prawns and marinate about 20 minutes.
4. Remove the prawns from marinade and let drain on paper towels. Wrap each with a piece of leek and hold it with a
wooden skewer.
5. Place the lower rack into the robot and place the prawns directly on the rack. Select P.2 program and cook for 5
minutes.

Cooking time: 30min.
Ingredients:
• 4 thick slices of hake
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1/4 liter cider
• 1 onion
• 1 sprig of parsley
• 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
• 1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
• 12 mussels (or clams or prawns)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the onion in rings and place into the container of the robot with cider, chopped almonds, cognac and salt &
pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes with P.3 program. Stir with a wooden spoon the sauce and add the chopped
parsley and mussels, clams or prawns.
2. Place the hake inside the upper double rack and put it into the container (together with the sauce at the bottom of the
container). Close the lid and cook with P.3 program for about 10 minutes or until the mussels have opened.
3. Place the slices of hake on a platter and pour the sauce over.

• 1 lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons dry sherry
• 4 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
