Cheesecake
Serves 6-8
Cooking time: 40 min
Refrigerator: 2-4 horas
Ingredients:
• 250g beaten cheese
• 2 yogurts
• 2 eggs
• 100ml of skimmed milk
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1cucharita vanilla (optional)
• 2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
Directions:
1. Beat well all ingredietes (with mixer) and place on a silicone mold to make it easier to unmold.
2. Place the lower rack and the silicone mold directly on the rack (or on the baking pan) and cook for 30-40 min arprox
with P.3 program. Once the time is over, check if it is correctly cooked inside(put a toothpick in the center and if it
comes out "clean" is that is already cooked inside). Leave the cake inside the robot with the power off until it deflates
completely.
3. If you wish you can cover with strawberry, raspberry or blueberry jam.
4. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours at least.
Raspberry gelatin
Directions:
1. Prepare, wash and drain the raspberries and put the gelatin to soak in a bowl of cold water.
2. In the stainless steel bowl of the robot, (with no accessories on it), add the sugar, vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of
water and cook with P.3 program for 20 minutes or until the mixture obtains a syrupy consistency.
3. Add to the previous mixture the juice and grated orange peel, curdled milk or yogurt, and the raspberry liquor.
Squeeze the gelatin and add it to the mixture.
4. In a bowl apart, beat cream milk with a wire whisk. Join it to with the mixture and add half of the raspberries. Fill
small molds with the mixture and cool in refrigerator for 3 hours.
5. (3 hours later), dip the molds in boiling water, pour the gelatin on plates, and add on top the remaining raspberries.
