Whole-wheat pizza
Serves 4-6
Cooking time: 20min.
Ingredients:
Pizza dough:
• 3 cups whole-wheat flour
• 1 packet of instant yeast
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
Garnish:
• 1 Tomatoe
• Vegetables
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 teaspoon olive oil or spray
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with flour and water (add slowly). Once you have the dough, form a ball with your hands
and brush with olive oil. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for two hours (the dough
will reach twice the initial size).
2. Divide the dough into two balls. Wrap again and stand for 20 minutes.
3. Place the lower rack and one sheet of baking paper over the baking pan. Strech the dough ball into pizza shape and
place it in the baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes with the program P.4.
4. Remove the baking pan from the robot and sprinkle the dough with a little olive oil. Add slices of fresh tomato, grated
cheese, desired ingredients (ham, mushrooms, onions), and cover the vegetables with grated cheese, salt and pepper
to taste.
5. Close the lid, select the program P.3 and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
Onions stuffed with pine nuts and raisins
Directions:
1. Peel the onions and place them in the container of the robot. Cover the onions with water and add salt. Select the P.3
program and boil for 15 minutes. Pour them into a colander and leave to drain.
2. Cut the onions in halves and empty the lower halves with a spoon. Chop the onion extracted.
3. Place the onion into the container of the robot and add olive oil, wine, raisins and pine nuts. Stir with a wooden
spoon, close the lid, select the program P.3 and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Wash and dry the sage, separate the leaves and chop finely. Open the lid of the robot and add the breadcrumbs and
the chopped sage.
5. Fill the halves of onions with the mixture and place into the container of the robot. Pour the broth and bake for 45
minutes with the P.3 program (180°).
