Gilt-head bream a la orange
Directions:
1. Clean the fish and remove the viscera, head and scales. Wash and dry with paper towels.
2. Inside the fish add the crushed garlic, a few leaves of sage and crushed peppercorns. Place the fish inside the stainless
container of the robot and dress with olive oil.
3. Cut 1 orange into very thin slices. Squeeze the other two. Cover the fish with the orange slices; reserving the seg-
ments.
4. Finally, sprinkle with the orange juice and the white wine. Close the lid, set P5 program (190º) and cook for 15 mi-
nutes.
5. Place the breams on a platter, surround them with orange slices and cover with the cooking juice.
Shrimp Scampi
Serves 4
Cooking time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 20 prawns
• 8 cloves garlic
• 1 unit of chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
2. Pour the oil into the pan, set P3 program (180º) and cook for 3 minutes. Open the lid, add the chillies and the garlic
and fry 2 for 3 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp, dress with salt, set P.3 program again and cook for 5 minutes, stirring as we go.
