5.2.4 CREATING ThE VACUUM IN EXTERNAl CONTAINERS: ThE CONTAINER (jAR) VACUUM fUNCTION

Creating a vacuum in rigid vacuum containers, allows liquid products (sauce, gravy, etc.) or products that are easily crushed
(vegetables, pastries) to be preserved. The air can be drawn from the container through a special valve or the container
can be entered directly into the vacuum chamber, if the size permits this.

5.2.5 CUISSON 61: ThE CONTINUOUSly RUNNING PUMP fUNCTION

The Cuisson 61 model has a system that allows the pump to run continuously. The operating temperature remains
unchanged, especially that of the oil and the internal mechanical components of the pump, with consequent benefits
pertaining to the overall performance of the machine.

5.2.6 TRACKING AND DATE STAMPING ThE PRODUCT: ThE DATE STAMP fUNCTION

This device allows the date and batch number to be printed on the outer edge of the bag.

5.3 AlARM SIGNAlS AND WARNINGS

SIGNAlS
Total number of cycles performed. Signals the total number of cycles performed by the machine, so as to indicate the
remaining cycles before the pump oil must be replaced.
Serial number. Can be displayed the serial number of the machine.
Installed software release. The software release of the machine is displayed upon start-up. This allows you to evaluate
the possibility of upgrading to updates released after the year of manufacture of your machine.
AlARM WARNINGS
The following abnormal conditions are signalled visually and acoustically:
a) VACUUM SENSOR AlARM: this appears in case of damage or disconnection of the vacuum sensor. In this condition,
it is possible to work by setting the time vacuum in 20 programs that can be stored by the user and by using the jars
function; all the automatic programs are instead inhibited (deaeration programs, pre-set programs, programs for
containers).
b) DEAERATION AlARM: if for any reason the machine does not reach the vacuum threshold set within a specified period,
an acoustic - visual signal is triggered.
c) GAS AlARM: should the food gas cylinder run out or in the event of obstruction of the connection piping, the gas
threshold set is not reached and an acoustic - visual signal is triggered.
d) fINIShED PUMP OIl AlARM: once the maximum number of cycles, expected for normal use of the installed pump,
is reached, an alarm is displayed for the oil to be replaced.
