8.2 PREPARATION: USINg vACUUM PACKINg CONTAINERS
Only use vacuum containers intended for professional use.
• Prepare a container with the valve open, to allow the air to be drawn from inside the container.
• Fill the container up to a maximum of ¾ of its volume. If a venting cycle is being performed, fill the container with the
product up to a maximum of 3/5 of the volume.
• Position the container directly inside the vacuum chamber, or proceed with the suction using the relative device.
