Direction of rotation of the sewing machine is the same as
that of the hand of watch as viewed from the handwheel
side.
It is counterclockwise as viewed from the working position
of the operator.
Loosen setscrew 2 of needle 1 with a screwdriver.

2) Insert new needles until they go up to the rear of

the hole of needle clamp 3 in the way that the scarf
is facing rearward as viewed from the operator's
direction.

Tighten setscrew 2 of needle.

Never rotate it in the reverse direction.
Lubricating pump fails to work and seizure
will be caused.
