Loosen the pressure regulating nut !3 and remove

the pressure regulating plate spring assembly !4 .
Loosen each setscrew !5 that securing corresponding

needles and remove three of each needle !6 .
Loosen the setscrew !7 securing the presser yoke

and remove the presser yoke !9 after lifting the
presser shaft !8 .
Loosen the setscrew @0 and remove the setscrew @1

securing the cover.
Removal of the setscrew allows you to remove the
looper cover @2 and spring stud.
10) Loosen three setscrews @3 securing the throat plate
and remove the throat plate @4 .
11) Loosen the setscrew @5 and remove the differential
feed dog @6 .
12) Loosen the setscrew @7 and remove the main feed
dog @8 .
13) Loosen the setscrews 3 securing the loopers @9 and
remove the loopers @9 .
The disassembly procedure mentioned
above mainly describes about the mecha-
nism with differential feed.
For the mechanism without differential
feed, differential feed @6 and setscrew @5
are not provided.
