CAUTELA
It is advisable to adjust the roller scraper plates during the
fi rst 100-150 m of work, nearing them gradually to the roller
to exercise a perfect cleaning operation.
7.2.3 HYDRAULIC ROLLER ADJUSTMENT
The machine has 2 hydraulic cylinders (1 Fig.29).
After having hitched it to the tractor, connect the hydraulic pipes to
this latter so as to operate the roller regulating cylinders.
The operator can make the most suitable adjustments from inside
the tractor.
The hydraulic pipes have recognition stickers (Fig.29) showing:
1) Rear roller lowering.
2) Rear roller lifting.
The two cylinders also have an automatic blocking valve.
ATTENTION
DANGER OF PRESSURIZED FLUIDS LEAKING.
POTENTIAL SERIOUS INJURIES
Check the hydraulic pipes frequently and replace them whenever
they show signs of wear or if small cracks form in the rubber.
