Damage to machine and machine parts
Water and or oil accumulations in the maintenance unit are an
indication of a faulty operating compressed air supply!
Oil within the compressed air circuit of the labeller leads to er-
rors!
̶ The reason for this must be clarified and eliminated.

Labeller is separated from the voltage and compressed air



lint-free cloth (*21800978)

Label remover (*21800771)

Approach
Observe the maintenance notices of the printer (see user manual).

Check the water separator of the compressed air connection. Drain it by

opening the release valve on the bottom.
Check dispensing tamp surface as well as the peel bar for any adhesive
3
deposits. Remove them with the label remover or alcohol.
