Function and application scope of the labeller

Conception
The Legi-Air 2050 is based on a desktop printer (SATO CLN4X) and an applicator. A line-
ar unit with an electro-pneumatic assembly is a component of the applicator. Printer and
applicator are connected via an interface. The signal exchange required for the labelling
cycle is performed through this.
Scope of application
The Legi-Air 2050 is utilized to automatically label products. The label contains customer-
specific data (for example: EAN128 barcode, date, time/date, logo...) which are currently
printed by the printer.
Labelling positions
The labelling can be performed depending on the mounting position on the top of the
product and sides (front and back only with rotating tamps) without requiring that the
product must be stopped.
RFID
In combination with the RFID option the Legi-Air 2050 can be used for the labelling of
products with RFID tags.
