Time failure for labeller with "variable application stroke"

Configuration: [TR2↓] = MAX (activation of the option "variable stroke")
The Legi-Air 4000 S enters this error state, if the variable stroke sensor doesn't recognize
the product within 2.5 - 3 seconds after the start of the extension movement of the dis-
pensing tamp (movement towards the product).
GB EJ and AA flash twice and then once
Possible causes: The product will be situated in the conveyor line after it has passed the
product sensor. The conveyor belt is running too slow or is in standstill. The dispensing
tamp is mechanically blocked. The product is in such an unfavourable position that a de-
tection with the proximity sensor is prevented. A reflective product surface prevents the
triggering (reflex sensor). The N-sensor is defective or has a cable break.
Solutions: Check the product guidance and the belt speed of the conveyor route. Check
whether the dispensing tamp moves smoothly without compressed air. The proximity
sensor is possibly defective or not correctly adjusted, or unsuitable for the product surface
to be labelled.

Home position error

This error will occur if the dispensing tamp does not leave the home position within one
second after the activation of the CU-valve, or if it doesn't reach this position again within
a period of 5 seconds (after leaving it).

Possible causes: The home position sensor or variable stroke sensor (if installed) is de-
fective or misaligned (e.g. due to excessive vibrations).
Solutions: Check the home position signal (EJ-LED) or the dedicated LED of the variable
stroke sensor.
