Acknowledge the error after it has been resolved, by pressing the [START] button on the
display. The dispensing tamp suddenly moves to the home position!

Error notification via status LEDs on the control panel

Carefully observe the information regarding the DIP-Switches and potentiometer
position (e.g. [SW1] = ON; [TR2↓] = MAX ) and the related applicator configuration
(see as of page 48)
The following diagrams show the possible LED indications for different errors. In the error
state of the labeller, AA and EJ always flashed simultaneously.

Time out error

This error occurs when the label wasn't advanced within a period of 2 seconds after the
triggering.
[SW1] = ON
EJ and AA flash twice
ON
OFF
Possible causes: End of label roll, error on the printer >> see display message.
Solutions: Insert a new label roll. Check the display message and remedy the problem
with the help of the operator manual of the print module.

Troubleshooting

Hazards from moving parts.
Catchment and crushing risk through pneumatically or electrical-
ly powered components of the labeller.
Movements or rotations start in the labelling operation suddenly
and abruptly.

betw. print request and label printing)
