28.5. Control Process Start
Procedure:
1. Log in, make sure that your permissions level allows you to carry out control process.
Caution! For information on logging procedure read section 8 of this user manual, for information on how
to grant permissions levels read section 12 of this user manual.
2. Select product with correctly entered control data.
3. Enter weighing mode parameters.
Where:
Batch number – identification of controlled products batch.
Bach quantity – software controls specified number of samples.
Average tare determining
Packages quantity – more than 10.
4. Remove load from the weighing pan.
Quantity of -T errors disqualifying tested sample.
Quantity of +T errors disqualifying tested sample.
Quantity of +2T errors disqualifying tested sample
Mode for determination of average limit value (constant or automatic).
Average limit value (minus) for a tested sample (value of average limit
as 'constant').
Average limit value (plus) for a tested sample (value of average limit as
'constant').
Multiplier of standard deviation for value of average limit (minus)
calculated automatically.
