Means of operation of ACAI function:
1. pieces quantity upon adding must increase,
2. pieces quantity upon adding cannot increase more than twice,
3. pieces quantity upon adding must be comprised within ± 0.3 tolerance of total value,
4. the weighing result must be stable.
16.2. Parts Counting – Quick Access Buttons
Each working mode features automatically displayed set of default on-screen quick access buttons.
The set can be modified, i.e. you can add out-of-list quick access buttons to it. Such operation
requires particular permissions level.
You can add special buttons enabling quick access to function of determination of single piece mass,
where the single piece mass is determined on the basis of reference mass, given for particular
quantity of pieces:

16.3. Setting Reference Sample Mass by Entering Mass of a Single Part

Procedure:
1. Press < Set part mass> button, <Reference sample mass> edit box featuring an on-screen
keyboard is displayed.
2. Enter respective value and press
mode is run with automatically set mass of a single part.
Caution! If the value of entered single part mass is lower than 0.1 of the reading unit, then the following
message is displayed: <Value too low>.

16.4. Setting Reference Sample Mass by Determining Mass of a Single Part

Procedure:
1. Put the container on a weighing pan and tare it.
2. Press button (Determine part mass), <Reference sample quantity> edit box featuring an on-
screen keyboard is displayed.
3. Enter respective value and press
<Number of parts to be loaded: xx> (where xx – previously entered value).
4. Load the weighing pan with declared amount of parts. When the indication is stable (
is displayed), press
5. Single part mass is calculated automatically, <
weighing device displays quantity of single parts (pcs).
