Procedure 1 – selecting product from Products Database:
1. Press button (Product database), list of products is displayed.
2. Select the product that is to be weighed.
3. Threshold values are displayed automatically within an Info field.
4. Bar graph is displayed, its colour corresponds to the current status of mass:
•
yellow: mass value lower than Min threshold value,
•
green: mass value higher than Min threshold value and lower than Max threshold value,
•
red: mass value higher than Max threshold value.
Procedure 2 – entering checkweighing thresholds manually:
1. Press button (Checkweighing thresholds).
2. Press Min threshold button and enter its value.
3. Press < > button to confirm.
4. Press Max threshold button and enter its value.
5. Press < > button to confirm.
Caution! Max threshold value has to be greater than Min threshold value.

DOSING

< Dosing> is a working mode that facilitates dispensing process, wherein the dispensing takes
as long as it is necessary to obtain a pre-defined target weight.

18.1. Making Use of Products Database in the Course of Dosing Operation

You can use target value assigned to a product or values recorded in Product Database. Additionally
it is possible to define temporary target values. In case of Product Database the target value is value
entered in the mass field.
Procedure 1 – selecting product from Products Database:
1. Press button (Product database), list of products is displayed.
2. Select the product that is to be weighed.
3. Target and tolerance values are displayed automatically within the Info field.
1. Setup – press to access balance menu.
2. Print header – press to print data declared
in the header.
3. Print footer – press to print data declared
in the footer.
4. Products Database – press to select
products from products database.
5. Set Tare – press to enter tare.
6. Target value - press to declare target
value.
