Procedure:
1. Press grey workspace, next select <Information> parameter.
2. Set Bar graph to YES value, return to parts counting mode.
3. Press grey workspace, next select <Buttons> parameter.
4. Assign <Target value> parameter to one of the quick access buttons.
5. Return to parts counting mode.
6. Press <
Target Value> button and enter value corresponding to parts quantity you want to
have.
7. If tolerance option is used, determine tolerance value (0 – 100%).
8. Bar graph is displayed. It provides the following information:
•
current parts quantity on the weighing pan (indicated by means of colour – see section 16.7.),
•
target mass value (black marker).
Caution! The checkweighing and dosing functions can operate simultaneously in the parts counting
mode. In such case the dosing tolerance is controlled by Min and Max thresholds of the checkweighing
function.

CHECKWEIGHING
<
Checkweighing> is a working mode using two thresholds (Min and Max) for control of
samples weight. Usually the weight is considered to be correct if it is comprised within threshold
values.

17.1. Making Use of Checkweighing Thresholds
There are two methods for making use of the checkweighing thresholds:
