19.2. Checkweighing and Dosing in Percent Weighing Mode
PERCENT WEIGHING function can be aided by DOSING and CHECKWEIGHING functions. In order
to make them accessible assign them to an on-screen button.
Remember to provide percent values for both of the functions.
Procedure:
1. Press grey workspace area.
2. The following submenus are displayed: Settings, Buttons, Information, Printouts, Profile.
3. Select <Buttons> menu.
4. List of on-screen buttonss, function buttons and proximity sensors is displayed.
5. Press the selected element and assign a key to it.
CHECKWEIGHING
Checkweighing function facilitates control of sample mass, mind that Min and Max thresholds, given
in [%], are required.
Procedure:
1. Press
button (Checkweighing thresholds).
2. Press Min threshold button and enter its value [%].
3. Press <
> button to confirm.
4. Press Max threshold button and enter its value [%].
5. Press <
> button to confirm.
Caution! Max threshold value has to be greater than Min threshold value.
DOSING
Dosing function requires target value to be specified (it must be given in [%]) along with dosing
tolerance, i.e. permissible +/- surplus or shortfall.
Procedure:
1. Press
button (Target value).
2. Enter the target value in [%].
3. Set tolerance value, if required.
4. Press <
> button to confirm.
5. Press Min threshold button and enter its value [%].
6. Press <
> button to confirm.
19.3. Bar Graph
The DOSING and CHECKWEIGHING functions are aided by a graphic indication, i.e. bar graph.
Example of simultaneous operation of DOSING and CHECKWEIGHING functions is presented
below.
