MACHINE DELIVERY AND RUNNING IN
According to agreements with the reseller, the
machine can be delivered or can be collected
directly by the purchaser.
– The machine is tested by the manufacturer and
delivered to the reseller WITHOUT fuel, WIT-
HOUT engine oil and with a flat remote-control
battery.
– Before starting the machine, the reseller has to
refuel it, add engine oil and charge the remo-
te-control battery.
Important
Do not add oil beyond the maximum level sta-
ted to avoid operating failures.
When using batteries for the first time, carry out
a complete charging.
Caution - Warning
IThe battery supplied with the machine is of a
LYTHIUM type.
Use ONLY suitable devices for this type of bat-
tery for recharging.
OPERATOR'S TRAINING
– The reseller must train the operator so that he is
able to interact with the machine in an autono-
mous, risk-free way and according to its inten-
ded uses.
– The operator must be informed on THE COR-
RECT USE of the machine and on the existing
REMAINING RISKS.
– The operator has to demonstrate that he acqui-
red the necessary skills and understood the
LOADING, TRANSPORT AND UNLOADING (WITHOUT A PALLET)
– Carry out the unloading and loading of the ma-
chine from the transport vehicle using ramps
with a suitable capacity and inclination
– As an alternative to ramps, embankments can
also be used provided that they ensure a risk-
free operation.
– The machine is provided with marked points to
lift it using hook-shaped devices with a suitable
DO NOT recharge batteries with a device other
than the intended one.
– Place the package on a flat surface, in a cove-
red and ventilated place.
– Fasten the belt correctly, provided with the re-
mote control, to move the machine.
– Start the machine, lift the cutting deck comple-
tely and allow it to go down from the pallet.
Important
This operation must be carried out by trained
staff ONLY to avoid any risks resulting from
wrong manoeuvres.
– Stop the machine in a suitable area.
– Check the integrity of the machine and that of
the components.
– The machine is delivered with an initial run-
ning-in of a few minutes. Despite this, in the first
period of use it is necessary to follow some indi-
cations (for further information see the „Schedu-
led maintenance table").
„Instructions for use" so that he can work in sa-
fety conditions.
– The operator must be able to recognise the sa-
fety signs and should be in suitable conditions to
perform the assigned tasks.
– The reseller has to deliver training/information
material to the staff and document the training
provided so that it can be shown in case of a
dispute.
