REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER
The filter replacement is carried out only with
original components and before its complete

clogging has been reached.
Caution - Warning
Protect your hands and body from high pres-
sure fluids. Once working is finished, oil inside
the machine is still very hot; pressure is high in
the circuit even if the machine is stopped.
The illustration shows the intervention points and
the description explains the procedures to be follo-
wed.
1. Place the machine on a stable and flat surface.
2. Stop the machine
3. Let the engine cool down appropriately.
4. Remove oil from the hydraulic system following
the procedure "Hydraulic oil replacement".
5. Remove the filter cartridge A with the relevant
wrench.
6. Apply a small amount of clean oil on gaskets
and on the thread of the new cartridge.
7. Clean carefully the filter housing and fit again
the new cartridge tightening it up with the
wrench.
8. Remove carefully any oil leak caused by repla-
cement operations.
9. Add fresh hydraulic oil in the tank until reaching
the correct level.
Caution - Warning
Do not dump oil and/or residues into the envi-
ronment but carry out their disposal in compli-
ance with legislation in force in the country
where they are used.
