PUTTING THE MACHINE BACK INTO SERVICE
– Before putting the machine back into service af-
ter a prolonged period of inactivity, carry out the
listed operations.
– Recharge the lithium battery with a suitable bat-
tery charger.
– Activate the connection to the batteries through
the battery cut-off switch.
– Check all levels (oil, fuel).
– Check the tightening of the main fastening
screws.
– Make sure that the pipes feeding the hydraulic
system are intact and there are no oil leaks.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE WORK
– Keep the machine in fully efficient conditions
and carry out scheduled maintenance according
to the frequency and procedure stated by the
manufacturer.
– Staff in charge of routine maintenance must
have recognised skills and special capacities in
the relevant sector.
– Carry out all operations according to the proce-
dures laid down by the manufacturer within „Ins-
tructions for use".
– Carry out all operations ONLY with suitable
tools and in good conditions to avoid causing
any damages to the machine's components and
parts.
–
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INTERVALS TABLE
– Keep the machine in fully efficient conditions
and carry out scheduled maintenance according
to the frequency and procedure stated by the
manufacturer.
– n case of a prolonged inactivity of the machine,
carry out some maintenance work to ensure a
correct the operation and prevent deterioration.
– After a prolonged period of inactivity of the ma-
chine, make sure that the operating functions
are left unchanged.
– Good maintenance allows to keep performance
over time, a longer life and a steady level of sa-
fety requirements.
– Carry out the necessary maintenance work.
– Carry out the recharging of the remote control
battery.
– Start the engine and keep it at idling speed for
the time required for warming up.
– Check the efficiency of all safety devices.
– Carry out a general cleaning.
– Replace the SAFETY DEVICES only with origi-
nal spare parts to avoid altering the expected
safety level.
– Use the lubricants (oils and greases) that are
recommended by the manufacturer or lubricants
with the same chemical-physical characteris-
tics.
– Once the operations have been completed, re-
store all expected safety conditions to avoid and
minimise risks during the person-machine inter-
action.
– When work is done, make sure that no tools or
other material are left near the moving parts or
in areas at risk.
