CHANGING ENGINE OIL AND ENGINE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE
Follow the procedure below.

1 - Carry out the operation with the engine off and
lukewarm.
2 - Ignition key off and battery negative cable dis-
connected.

engine parts to avoid the risk of burning.
4 - Prepare a container of appropriate capacity. For

5 - Loosen the cap (A) leaving it partially screwed,

7 - Remove the cap (Q) from the pipe (Q1) con-
nected to the oil drain hole on the oil sump see
8 - Introduce the oil extraction pump (R) and screw
9 - Operate the piston of the oil extraction pump
(R) with outward/return movements to transfer the
oil contained in the sump into the container, see
10 - Lubricate the new oil cartridge and its new
11 - Fit the new oil cartridge and gasket by tighten-
ing the cap (A) to a tightening torque of 25 Nm.
12 - Pour the new oil until the correct level is
13 - Disconnect the oil extraction pump (R) see
14 - Screw the cap (Q) back onto the pipe (Q1) see
16 - Start the engine, leave it at idle speed for
the time necessary to check for any oil leaks and
make sure that the oil pressure warning light on the
dashboard is off.
17 - Turn off the engine at the end of the check.
