CLEANING OF DASHBOARD INDICATING AND MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
Routine cleaning of instruments is recommended
to prevent the formation of salt sediment and/or
other residues that may cause abrasion or break-
age of the instrument display lens during clean-
ing.
If it is not possible to clean properly with a dry
cloth, moisten the cloth with a liquid solution
composed of 50% lukewarm fresh water and 50%
isopropyl alcohol.
CAUTION - WARNING
Do not use caustic solutions on any engine
component and its accessories, in order to
avoid negative chemical reactions causing
sudden degradation and corrosion of the
engine component parts.

CAUTION - WARNING
Do not use acetone, mineral liquid solvents,
other types of solvents such as turpentine or
products containing ammonia in general.
The use of these substances causes
irreversible damage to the coating and the
plastic or rubber parts of the instruments.
