served by this instruction manual. The models
with the "U" suffix operate identically to and in-
corporate the same performance specifications
as the models listed in this manual. The models
with the "U" suffix are intended for distribution in
the United States only. They do not meet the
requirements set forth by the European Union's
Medical Device Directive, therefore they do not
bear the CE mark or IEC regulatory labels.
Design certifications are limited to UL2601-1
and CSA 22.2 No. 601.
