External Reference Compatibility Chart
Your external reference must be compatible with the current output video format. The table
below lists the external reference signals acceptable for each output video format and frame
rate. This chart is also applicable for reference signals generated by the Teranex AV in the
Generate menu.
If external reference is selected and a valid reference signal is detected, the 'REF' status LED on
the front panel will illuminate. If the external reference is removed or lost, the 'REF' LED will be
turned off and the processor will go into a free run condition until the reference is restored.
