For this example, the converted output from the Teranex will be 1080i50 and we will be
capturing from a non-controllable device.

Setting Up

Launch Premiere Pro CC. In the Welcome window select 'create new/new project'.
A window will open containing project settings.

Name your project. Choose the location for your project by clicking 'browse' and
selecting your desired folder.

If your graphics card is supported by Premiere Pro CC's Mercury Playback Engine, the
'renderer' option will be available and you should switch it to Mercury Playback Engine
GPU Acceleration.

Set the 'capture format' to 'Blackmagic capture' and click on the 'settings' button. Set 'video
standard' to 1080i50 and select a 'video format' according to your requirements. Click 'OK'.

Import clips into your new project.

You can now use the Final Cut Pro X timeline to display video on the monitor or
TV connected to the output of your Teranex processor.
Set the Output Format in System Preferences to match
your Final Cut Pro X project.
