Is there any blown fuse?

Check the neutral switch (P. 18-17).
Is it normal?

Check the starter solenoid (P. 18-17).
Is it normal?

Check the combination switch
(P. 15-8, 16-35).
Is it normal?
YES
Check the main wire harness.
Is it normal?
YES
Check the handle cable or remote
control cable A and B.
Are they normal?
YES
Repair the starter motor or replace it.

Replace the blown fuse (P. 18-18).
Replace the neutral switch (P. 18-15).
Replace the starter solenoid

Repair the main wire harness or
replace it.
Repair the handle cable or remote
control cable A and B or replace
them.
