TORQUE WRENCH
[7] TORQUE WRENCH
EFFECTIVE LENGTH
[m (ft)]
• Formula:
[8] Torque wrench reading =
[9]
Torque wrench effective length [m (ft)] x Specified torque [N . m (kgf . m, lbf . ft)]
[9] Torque wrench effective length [m (ft)] + 0.018 [m (0.059 ft)]
TORQUE: 10 N . m (1.0 kgf . m, 7 lbf . ft)
• Example:
Torque wrench reading in case of using a torque wrench
which effective length is 0.2 m (0.66 ft)
0.2 [m (0.66 ft)] x 10 [N . m (1.0 kgf . m, 7 lbf . ft)]
0.2 [m (0.66 ft)] + 0.018 [m (0.059 ft)]
= 9.2 [N . m (0.9 kgf . m, 6.8 lbf . ft)]
6) Connect the HO2S 4P connector.
7) Install the HO2S 4P connector on the ECM bracket.
8) Install the connector bracket C and tighten the 6 x 14 mm
